The Infantry Rifle Platoon and Squad at GREYFOX 27 FEB 2010

My next class (based on requests from NTA players) will be covering movement through rural (otherwise forested) terrain. This class will be going over basically all of FM 3-21.8 covering Fundamentals of tactics, Employing Fires, Tactical movement, Offensive and Defensive Operations, and finally Patrolling and Patrol Bases. Individual movement techniques and fighting positions will also be covered. This will be an ALL DAY training event, don't worry there will be live fire and OPFOR to shoot at in the second half of the day. Depending on the weather full BDU/ACU uniform will not be mandatory but all TA50 (tacticool stuff) will be needed along with weapons and ammo.

DISCLAIMER: This will be physically intense so bring water, come with a positive mental attitude, eat a light meal in the morning.

Hey guys, please do your best to attend this training/ Op. It is vital for us to know these tactics to succeed when on the battlefield. When more info becomes available, I'll post it here. Let me know if you can make it.
